Acceptable Use
Heyozo talks to real people on WhatsApp and Telegram on your behalf. To protect them, these platforms, and every other business on Heyozo, these rules apply to all use of the service. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Message only people who want to hear from you
- Send marketing and campaign messages only to customers who have opted in, and honour opt-outs. Heyozo records consent and blocks opted-out customers automatically; do not try to get around it.
- Do not import bought, rented or scraped contact lists.
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Meta's template rules; on Telegram, Telegram's Bot Platform terms.
Do not use Heyozo to
- Sell or promote anything WhatsApp's Commerce Policy prohibits, or anything illegal where you or your customers are.
- Send content that is misleading, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Pretend to be another business or person, or hide that customers are talking to your business.
- Ask customers for passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers or government ID numbers in the chat.
- Make promises the assistant cannot keep, such as medical, legal or financial advice presented as professional advice.
Keep the service safe
- Do not probe, scan or test Heyozo's security without our written permission, or try to access another client's data.
- Do not try to make the assistant ignore its instructions or reveal other clients' information.
- Do not overload the service or use it in a way that harms its availability for others.

If something goes wrong
If we see use that breaks these rules, we will contact you. Where there is a risk to people, to WhatsApp's standing, or to the service, we may pause campaigns or suspend access straight away, and explain why. Repeated or serious breaches may end the service.
