iPhone: Heyozo Go is on its way to the App Store. Until then, write to hello@heyozo.com to join the TestFlight beta.

Install it on Android

  1. Tap Download for Android on your phone and open the file when it finishes.
  2. If Android asks, allow installs from your browser (Install unknown apps), then tap Install. Google Play Protect may ask you to confirm, as it does for any app from outside the Play Store.
  3. Open Heyozo Go and sign in with the email and password of your Heyozo dashboard.
  4. Allow notifications, so the app can tell you when a chat needs a person.

Had an early test version? Uninstall it once before installing this one. After that, new versions install over the top and keep you signed in.

Who it is for

Heyozo Go is for the people who run a business on Heyozo: owners, admins and agents. Your customers keep talking to you on WhatsApp, Telegram or your website; they never need this app.
